While I have known Earl for only a few months, it is during this time that Earl has impressed me with his honesty and professionalism in our interactions.

Our company was introduced to Earl after he did a cold call to our St. Mary’s location.  He simply asked if we had any network servicing needs.  At the time we did not, but because he stopped in, he left his card and took a laid back approach, he got a call from us about a week later with an emergency.  Technology by Design’s promptness, professionalism, and knowledge that day earned the trust of our controller which is not an easy thing to accomplish in such a short period of time.

Airmaster Signs has hired many different IT companies, big and small, with not much success.  At first, my colleagues were understandably very hesitant about trying a new IT company.

After sitting down with Technology By Design, and seeing how professional and knowledgeable they were in explaining what they could do for us, we all started to become more comfortable in that they could truly look after us properly.

Technology By Design has always treated me and Airmaster Signs like they truly care and want to help, and respond promptly to any of our IT requirements.  I was afraid to write this letter for selfish reasons because I didn’t want everyone to find out how great Technology By Design is.  Technology By Design‘s commitment to customer service is paramount and we are always looked after in the same professional and prompt manner.
