Good response times. Friendly and helpful.
I appreciate the semi-annual Review and Planning Meetings. Technology by Design delivers a “WOW” experience, as they are ahead of issues, and proactive in their support and solutions. They explained that Windows XP was not going to be supported after April 8, 2014, that my network servers should be budgeted for next year.
I like dealing with Norris and Bob directly. We’ve had experiences in the past where our IT company got too big, and service and response times suffered. Even though Technology by Design has grown by 300% since I employed them, I have not seen a decline in service or response times.
I would recommend Technology by Design to others.
